The Youth and Adult members pay a small sum of money each year However, the main revenue funding has been received from the Community Chest Project which is part of Voluntary Action Manchester. We have also received funding from Homefront Recall.
Mobile sound equipment has been purchased from grants made by the European Social Fund, The Neighbourhood Renewal Fund and the Community Foundation through the Wythenshawe Partnership. Further funding for mobile sound equipment has been supplied by the National Lottery ‘Awards for All’ programme.
We have also purchased mobile lighting equipment with a grant from the Manchester Airport Community Trust Fund. We also have a trailer purchased by a grant from the Local Network Fund which enables us to transport our equipment for drama out into the community. This enables us to be more self sufficient as a Theatre group. We now need to purchase more microphones to give us a wider range. We have also recieved funding from Large Brand businesses such as: Hilton, Manchester Airport and Barcley’s.
